Our Partners: Werk Solutions
Inspiring Education Spaces Across Wirral and the North West
At The Compliance Classroom, we believe the best services for education come from people who genuinely understand the sector.
That’s why we’re delighted to introduce Werk Solutions, an education-focused interior design specialist based in Wallasey on the Wirral.
Supporting Local Business
We’ve worked alongside the Werk Solutions team for many years and have seen first-hand their understanding of education environments, attention to detail and commitment to creating practical spaces that work for the people who use them.
You may already recognise some of their work. Werk Solutions has kindly provided many of the photographs featured throughout The Compliance Classroom website, allowing us to showcase our training alongside genuine, inspiring education environments.

Education Interior Design That Starts With the School
Every school is different, and Werk Solutions takes the time to understand how a space needs to work before developing a solution.
A Practical, Education-Focused Approach to Design
Working with schools, academies and trusts across Merseyside and the wider North West, the team designs and delivers spaces including classrooms, libraries, STEM areas, sixth forms, SEND and nurture spaces, staffrooms and collaborative learning environments.
Their support can take a project from the first conversation through to completion, including:
- educational interior design;
- 2D and 3D space planning;
- school furniture sourcing;
- sustainable design;
- project management; and
- delivery, installation and aftercare.
It’s a practical, education-focused approach that closely reflects our own philosophy at The Compliance Classroom: understand the environment first, then create something that genuinely works within it.
Visit the Werk Solutions Showroom
One of the things we particularly like about Werk Solutions is that schools don’t have to make decisions from a catalogue.
Their 5,000 sq ft showroom in Wallasey gives school leaders, business managers and other education professionals the opportunity to see, try and compare different furniture, layouts and workspace solutions in person.
It’s a useful way to explore how different environments could work within your own education setting before committing to a project.

Bring Your Team to Werk
Looking for Somewhere Different for Your Next Meeting?
The showroom isn’t just somewhere to look at furniture.
Its meeting rooms, breakout areas and workspaces also make it an inspiring environment for education teams to step away from everyday interruptions and spend some focused time together.
Whether you’re discussing a refurbishment project, holding an SLT planning session or simply looking for a change of environment, speak to the Werk Solutions team about arranging a visit or using the space for your meeting.
And they’ll even keep you supplied with complimentary refreshments while you’re there!
Please contact Werk Solutions directly to confirm meeting-space availability and arrangements when booking.
A Partnership Built Around Education
The connection between Werk Solutions and The Compliance Classroom is a natural one.
While our work focuses on helping schools create safer, stronger and more compliant organisations through practical staff training, Werk Solutions helps schools create the physical environments in which that learning, teaching and collaboration takes place.
Both businesses understand that education settings have very different requirements from ordinary workplaces — and that solutions need to be practical, realistic and designed around the people who actually use them.
We’re very pleased to work alongside a local Wirral business that shares our commitment to supporting education.
