Helen Sanderson
Helen is a qualified health and safety professional holding the NEBOSH Level 6 National Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Management, with more than 13 years’ experience leading health and safety within a secondary school environment.
Her experience spans risk management, educational visits, fire safety, contractor management, COSHH, accident investigation, statutory compliance and staff training.
Helen brings practical operational experience of managing health and safety in busy education environments to the development and review of Compliance Classroom training.

Laura Bratherton
Laura is a qualified teacher and education communications specialist with more than 20 years’ experience across primary and secondary education.
Her background combines classroom teaching, educational communications, digital learning and online technology, with a focus on making complex information clear, engaging and accessible for school staff.
Laura leads the educational design, content development and user experience of The Compliance Classroom, helping ensure training is practical, accessible and grounded in the realities of working in education.
